Maharashtra NEET UG 2026 – List of Original Documents Required
- Age, Nationality, and Domicile Certificate
- SSC (or equivalent) Passing Certificate (for Date of Birth verification – on or before 31/12/2009)
- HSC or Equivalent Marks Statement
- UG NEET – 2026 Mark Statement
- College Allotment Letter
- Medical Fitness Certificate (Annexure – H)
- Caste Certificate (if applicable)
- Caste Validity Certificate (if applicable)
- Non-Creamy Layer Certificate (if applicable) (VJ/NT-1, NT-2, NT-3, SEBC/OBC/SBC) Valid up to 31/03/2027
- Eligibility Certificate for EWS Category issued by the appropriate authority for the year 2026-27 (if applicable)
- College Leaving Certificate (LC) / Transfer Certificate (TC)
- Migration Certificate (if applicable)
- Self-Educational Gap Affidavit by students certified by an Executive Magistrate / Notary (if applicable)
- D1/D2/D3: Ex-Servicemen Certificate, Actual Service Certificate
- D1/D2: Domicile Certificate of Defence Person
- D3: Transfer Certificate
- MKB: Dispute Area Certificate, Mother Tongue Certificate
- Hilly Area Certificate (Student)
- Hilly Area Parent Domicile Certificate, SSC/HSC Certificate of Candidate
- Xerox Copy of Voter ID of Student / Annexure – C
- Original Income Certificate for F.Y. 2025-26 (SC/ST/VJ/NT-1, NT-2, NT-3, SEBC/OBC/SBC/EBC/EWS)

- Printout of Online Application Form of State CET Cell for UG 2026
- Xerox Copy of Aadhar Card of Student
- One Year Bond Service as per Government Resolution Point No. 15.2 of NEET UG – 2026 Brochure (SC/ST/VJ/NT-1, NT-2, NT-3, SEBC/OBC/SBC/EBC/EWS only)
