Punjab NEET Counselling 2025- Colleges ,fees ,Cutoff & Admission Process

Baba Farid University of Health Sciences (BFUHS), Faridkot, will conduct MBBS/BDS counselling for 85% state quota seats in government colleges and 100% seats in private (minority and non-minority) colleges, including CMC Ludhiana (with its own reservation policy). The remaining 15% AIQ seats in government colleges will be filled through MCC counselling.
Candidates must register at https://www.bfuhs.ac.in/. BFUHS will release separate prospectuses for Government Quota and Management/NRI Quota seats.
Based on NEET UG 2025 scores and application details, a state merit list will be published. Shortlisted candidates will participate in online counselling, submit their college/course preferences, and seats will be allotted based on merit, choices, and availability.

Punjab NEET Counselling Process

  • Registation : The first step for the counselling is to register with BFUHS on bfuhs.ac.in.
  • Merit List : The list of eligible candidates will be displayed.
  • Choice Filling The eligible candidates can go for the choice filling after logging into their accounts.
  • Seat Allotment :The seat allocation would be done after the verification and tallying the rank of the candidate, cut off of the institute and institute ranks.
  • Document Verification : Candidates are advised to accept the seat allotted then and verify their documents and report to the respective college.
  • Upgradation : If they are not willing to accept the seat allotted to them then they can opt for the up-gradation in Round 2.
  • The rounds of the seat allotment will be held as per the time table and the eligible students can go for the participation in the further counselling rounds.
  • If any student wants to take their names back then it is allowed free in only for round 1.

Punjab NEET Merit list

After closing the application process, the authorities will publish the Punjab MBBS 2025 merit list mentioning the names of shortlisted candidates. Punjab MBBS merit list will be prepared on the basis of NEET 2025 scores of the candidate

Who Can Apply for BFUHS NEET UG Counselling 2025

Nationality: The candidate must be an Indian citizen. NRIs can apply under the NRI quota.

  • Domicile Requirement:
  • The candidate must be a domicile of Punjab OR
  • The candidate must have studied Class 10+1 and 10+2 from Punjab.
  • NEET UG 2025 Qualification: Candidates must have qualified NEET UG 2025 with the required percentile:
  • Educational Qualification: Candidates must have passed 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, Biology (PCB), and English with:
  • General Category: Minimum 50% marks in PCB
  • SC/ST/OBC Category: Minimum 40% marks in PCB
