1. Visit the Official Website

- Click on the link “Apply Online for MBBS/BDS Counselling 2025”.
2. Create Login Credentials
- Enter NEET UG 2025 Roll Number, Application Number, and Date of Birth.
- Provide a valid mobile number and email ID for OTP verification.
- Create a User ID and Password for future login.
3. Fill the Online Application Form
- Enter personal details (Name, Date of Birth, Gender, Nationality).
- Select Nativity Status (Tamil Nadu Domicile or Non-Domicile).
- Provide Parent/Guardian Details as per official records.
- Enter NEET UG 2025 Details (Roll Number, Rank, Score).
- Provide Class 10 & Class 12 Academic Details (Marks, Board Name, Passing Year).

Reservation Policy
Tamil Nadu NEET UG 2025 Counselling Reservation Policy
The Tamil Nadu Medical Selection Committee follows the State Government’s reservation policy for MBBS/BDS seat allocation under Government Quota in Government and Private Medical/Dental Colleges. Reservation applies only to Tamil Nadu domicile candidates under the State Quota.

2. Horizontal Reservation – Special Categories

3. Management Quota – No Caste-Based Reservation
- All India Candidates can apply under the Management Quota in private/self-financing medical colleges.
- No caste-based or PwD reservation under Management Quota.
- Seats are allotted purely based on NEET UG 2025 merit.
4. NRI Quota – Separate Eligibility & Seat Allocation
- 15% of private/self-financing medical college seats are reserved for NRI candidates.
- No caste-based or PwD reservation in the NRI Quota.
- NRI candidates must submit:
- Valid passport & visa
- Sponsorship affidavit from an NRI guardian
- Proof of financial support for the full course duration
Unfilled NRI seats are converted to Management Quota seats.
