Manipur NEET Counselling 2024 will be started via online mode. The counselling in the state of Manipur will be organized by the Directorate of Health Services, Government of Manipur. The counselling will be started after a few days of the publication of NEET written results. The seats left after the 15% AIQ counselling will be converted to the 85% state quota seats. Then, the counselling will be conducted for the 85% state quota seats of medical and dental courses. Candidates can apply for state government and private medical and dental colleges and universities through counselling

Manipur NEET Counselling 2024
The qualified and eligible candidates of NEET UG 2024 will be called for the counselling in the state. The seats will be allotted on merit-cum-preference basis. Candidates will have to register themselves for participating in the state counseling round.
Manipur NEET Counseling 2024 will be conducted through online mode only. Candidates will be able to participate in the counseling round by filling the counseling registration form through the website of Directorate of Health Services, Government of Manipur.
The counseling process will be conducted for successfully qualified candidates only. Qualified candidates will have to participate in the counseling round, as seats will be allotted through this procedure only. The allotment of seats will be done on the basis of marks scored by candidates in examination and rank obtained by candidates in state merit list.

How to Apply for Manipur NEET
- Step I: The candidate must visit the official website (http://www.manipurhealthdirectorate.in/).
- Step 2: Click on the “New Registration” Option.
- Step 3 (Personal Information): After successfully registering and activating the account, candidates need to fill in their personal information. Make sure all the information is correct while filling out the application form.
- Step 4 (Upload Photo and Signature): After entering the personal information, the candidate should upload their passport-size photograph of high contrast (Photo must be snapped with placard containing candidate’s name and snapping date) and full signature in Hindi and English (Not in capital letter) after duly scanning the same. After uploading the photo and signature, click the “Save & Continue” button.
- Step 5 (Educational Information): After uploading the scanned photo and signature, the candidate should enter their educational information on the computer screen and click the “Save & Continue” button.
Step 6 (Payment of Counselling Fee): After filling in all the required details, candidates need to proceed with paying the Counselling Fee. The counselling Fee will not be refunded.
Selection & Admission Procedure
- A state authority will prepare the state merit list on the basis of which candidates will be called for the counselling.
- The seats will be allotted to the candidates according to the rank obtained by the candidates in the NEET UG examination.
- The seats will be provided after the choice filled by the candidates and it will be displayed on the website on a specified schedule.
- Candidates will be allowed for the choice filing and locking process after the verification of all required documents.
- As per the seat allotted to the candidates they will have to report the allotted college for admission within the prescribed date and time.
- Candidates will have to present in person at the counselling venue on given date and time. If a candidate will not reach on time, then their seats will be allotted to the next candidate.
Reservation Criteria
The reservation of seats will be prescribed as per the norms and rule of the Government of Manipur. Candidates must bring the relevant documents in support with the given below categories. The reservation criteria in the state medical and dental colleges of Manipur will be as follows:

- Other Backward Class: 17%
- Schedule Caste: 2%
- General category: 50%
