During NEET UG and PG counselling, candidates are required to pay a security deposit to become eligible for seat allotment. Once the counselling process concludes, this amount is refunded by the respective counselling authority to the candidate’s bank account within 1–2 months, provided the eligibility conditions for refund are met.


MCC ₹2 Lakh Refund for NEET UG Counselling

For Government Quota Seats (AIQ, Central Universities, AFMC, ESI, etc.)

  • Non-Refundable Registration Fee:
    • ₹1000 for UR/EWS candidates
    • ₹500 for SC/ST/OBC/PwD candidates
  • Refundable Security Deposit:
    • ₹10,000 for UR/EWS

MCC ₹2 Lakh Refund Rules for Deemed Universities
